EXPANSION
I love working with clients long-term and supporting them as they move through the process of transformation. Because this looks different for everyone, my approach is deeply personalized to you and your individual journey.

I ask for a six-month commitment from new clients, and many choose to work together for much longer. I see the most meaningful shifts with those who commit to a longer process of embodiment and allow themselves to relax into their continual deepening and unfolding.

Most people come to this work when they sense that the life they are living no longer matches the level of truth, creativity, or leadership they know is possible for them. My clients come from many fields — artists, executives, entrepreneurs, healers, and professionals — but they share a desire to live and lead more fully.

While the six-month container is the primary way I work with clients, I also offer several shorter ways to begin.

Private Coaching (6 months)
24 sessions — $1,500 / month
This is the primary way I work with clients. Over six months we meet regularly as you move through a deeper process of alignment, embodiment, and transformation.

6-Session Container
6 sessions — $2,350
A focused container for beginning the work together and creating meaningful movement in your life. Many clients start here and continue into longer-term work as the process naturally unfolds.

3-Session Container
3 sessions — $1,200
A shorter container for gaining clarity, perspective, and traction around something currently unfolding. For many clients, this becomes the starting point for a deeper process of working together.

Alignment Session
75-minute session — $575
A single session for clarity, recalibration, or working through something that feels stuck.
